Regulations

Final Frontier Patagonia (FFP) is a non-competitive cycling adventure, which takes place on public roads of Chilean and Argentinian patagonia, reserved exclusively for registered members of Bike Adventure Series (hereinafter also referred to as event or improperly race or run or adventure).

Art. 1 – Registration

All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration, regardless of nationality, are admitted to the event.

• Registration opens: October 1, 2025 at 12:00 GMT
• Registration closes: November 30, 2025 at 12:00 GMT, or once the 300-participant limit is reached
• Event capacity: Limited to 300 participants

Post-Registration Requirements:

• Once registered, participants will have until January 31, 2026 to upload the following documents to our platform:
• Personal insurance policy (details provided art. 4)
• A scanned copy of your passport or official photo ID
• A recent passport-style photo clearly showing your face
• Signed rider agreement (provided by organization)
• A recent Medical certificate (details provided art. 3)
• (Optional) Links to your social media profiles

Participants who fail to complete all registration requirements by the specified deadline will not be recognized as officially registered for Final Frontier Patagonia. They will not receive any official event materials or communications, and their registration fee will not be refunded.

Art. 2 – Affiliation

Final Frontier Patagonia is an event exclusively reserved for members of Bike Adventure Series. Anyone who is not a member of the aforementioned community will become one upon registration for the event. The organization may at any time and at its sole discretion decide whether to accept or reject an application or to exclude a participant from the event if it could damage the image of the event.

Art. 3 – Medical Certificate

For all participants, it is mandatory to present to the organization the medical certificate of fitness for cycling (Competitive Medical Certificate for Cycling) issued by a Sports Medical Center or by a certified doctor. The medical certificate must be recent (not issued before October 1st 2025) and must be uploaded after the registration process.

The medical certificate must be uploaded to the website www.bikeadventureseries.com through the area of the site called “My account”  https://bikeadventureseries.com/my-account/. 

The expiration date of the medical certificate must also be specified.

If the medical certificate is not compliant, it will be rejected and canceled and the registered participant must provide a new compliant one by January 31’st 2026.

The Competitive Medical Certificate must be specific for endurance cycling. We cannot accept medical certificates issued for other sports disciplines such as triathlon, athletics, etc.

Anyone who does not comply with this requirement will not be considered regularly registered and is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.

Each participant must declare that the documents submitted by him are truthful and correspond to the originals in his possession.

Art 4.- Insurance policy

Participants are required to carry personal insurance that covers medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and accidental injury – valid for both Chile and Argentina during the full duration of the event.

Policy must also include coverage for:

• Repatriation in case of serious injury or illness
• Liability in case of damage or incidents involving third parties
• Trip interruption or cancellation
• Lost or damaged personal equipment

Proof of insurance may be requested during registration. It is each rider’s responsibility to ensure their coverage is adequate and valid for cross-border, endurance-based outdoor activities.

Art. 5 – Route

The route starts in Puerto Montt, Chile and ends in Ushuaia, Argentina.

The route is approximately 2800 km long. The track develops on public dirt roads, and asphalted roads.

Alternative ending points are established in Coyhaique Chile, El Calafate Argentina and Punta Arenas, Chile.

The organization will provide all participants with a .gpx track of the route to follow until arrival, but please note that, at any time and for any reason related to safety, as well as traffic and road conditions, including road works, deviations, prohibitions and any other unforeseeable situation that may be encountered along the provided route, everyone is free, at their own discretion, to leave the track and resume it as soon as these critical conditions have ceased and safety is again guaranteed. It is therefore possible to deviate from the provided track at any time and then resume it later, using alternative roads at your own discretion, if conditions require it.

The organization reserves the right to modify the route up to a few days before departure.

Art. 6 – Event Start

The event will start March 8, 2026 at 8:00 in the city of Puerto Montt, Chile. Specific departure location will be informed to participants at least one month before the event.

All participants must arrive in Puerto Montt on March 7 to register, receive the rider’s kit and participate in the informative and briefing instances. Final times and location will be informed to participants at least one month before the event.

Art. 7 – Local laws

All participants must comply at all times with local traffic laws and regulations, as well as with any entry or exit requirements imposed by the authorities of each country they traverse. Participants are also responsible for securing all necessary documentation and meeting the legal requirements for entry into both Chile and Argentina, including migration procedures, health regulations, and any other applicable local laws.

Art. 8 – Finishing

Participants have up to 21 days to complete the full route and earn official FFP finisher status. To be recognized as an FFP official finisher, participants must register their arrival at the designated point in Ushuahia city. Finishing after the designated ending date will forfeit your recognition as an official finisher. 

However,participants may also choose any designated control gate as an intermediate finishing point. (Coyhaique, El Calafate or Punta Arenas)

Art. 9 – Event Details – Advisory

Being an unsupported, endurance and long duration sport event, all participants must be:

• Physically and mentally prepared
• Have off-road driving skills
• Have a spirit of adaptability
• Be prepared for different array of climates and weather conditions
• Have a good knowledge of GPS use and basic orientation
• Be experienced In the essence of unsupported bikepacking cycling events, where any type of external support is forbidden (except, of course, in emergencies).

Art. 10 –  Mandatory equipment

In addition to your personal bike, riders must be equipped with essential gear to ensure safety and self-sufficiency throughout the event.

Mandatory Equipment: 

• Helmet 
• Emergency open-air sleeping solution (tent, bivy sack, or sleeping bag) 
• Emergency thermal/safety blanket 
• Mobile phone 
• Front and rear lights 
• Reflective vest 
• Cold and rainy weather clothing
• GPS device for navigation
• Tire repair kit (spare tubes, CO₂/pump, patches) 
• Hydration system suitable for long-distance segments 
• Basic bike tools

All required equipment may be inspected by the FFP organization. Failure to comply with some or all of the equipment requirements will result in the participant being disqualified from the event or prohibited from starting, and the registration fee will not be refunded

Art. 12 – Tracking system

The organization will provide each participant with a satellite GPS tracker free of charge to monitor the rider’s position throughout the event.

During the event, FFP will publish a public tracking platform on our website, allowing real-time access to each participant’s exact location.

Participants are responsible for using the device correctly and ensuring it remains fully operational at all times, including keeping it properly charged during the ride.

A refundable deposit of €200 will be required prior to the event as a guarantee for the equipment. The deposit will be refunded once the device is returned in full working order to the organization.

Pick-up and return procedures, including designated drop-off points, will be outlined in the FFP Route Guide. Failure to comply with the device return instructions will result in the deposit being withheld to cover the cost of replacement.

Art. 13 – Registration validity

Registration will be considered valid only after completing the electronic registration process, including the successful electronic payment of the fee to the organizer and the submission of a medical certificate and insurance policy, which must be uploaded by January 31st 2026, in the “My Account” section.

The organization reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide further justification, to accept or reject any registration.

Art. 14 – Substitutions, Withdrawal from Participation and Non-Transferability 

Once registered, participants may not request a substitution under any circumstances. Registrations are strictly personal and may not be transferred to another individual under any condition. If a registered participant does not take part in the event, the participation fee will not be refunded, and the race pack will not be shipped.

Art. 15 – Cancellation policy

In the event of natural disasters, social or political unrest, war, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, Final Frontier Patagonia (FFP) may reschedule the event for up to 13 months beyond the original date. 

In such cases, participation fees will not be refunded.

If FFP cancels the event entirely or reschedules it beyond this 13-month window, all registration fees will be fully refunded – no formal claim process will be required.

If the event is rescheduled within 13 months, participants may choose to:

• Maintain their registration and join the event on the new date, or
• Request a full refund of their participation fee.

Art. 16 – Terms and regulations modifications

In light of newly arising environmental and/or health circumstances, and/or in the event of changes to the regulatory framework, the Organization reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the regulations at any time.

The official event website, where these regulations are published, shall serve as the sole source of information regarding the event. Therefore, any differing content previously communicated via newsletters, media outlets, or social media shall not be considered valid or binding.

Art. 17 – Copyright notice

All materials provided by the organization to participants are intended solely for personal use during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, the GPS track and the FFP Route Guide. These materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Final Frontier Patagonia and may not be shared, distributed, or published without prior written authorization.

By participating in the event, all riders agree to respect and uphold the copyright and proprietary rights of FFP assets. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of these materials may result in legal action.

Please note that digital watermarking and other traceability measures may be embedded in distributed files to ensure compliance and protect the integrity of FFP’s intellectual property.

Art. 18 – Personal Data Processing and Registration

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 – GDPR), the organization informs participants that:

• Personal data collected during the registration process and throughout the event will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the organization, management, and promotion of Final Frontier Patagonia.
• Data may be used to communicate logistical updates, safety information, and promotional content related to the event or future editions.
• Participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data by Austral Trails SPA and its authorized partners, including for commercial purposes, within the limits permitted by law.
• Participants may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, or oppose the processing of their data by contacting the organization through the official channels indicated on the event website.
• The organization undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.
• By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of this data processing policy.

Art. 20 – Approval, Consent, and Authorization

By registering to participate in Final Frontier Patagonia, each participant declares and agrees to the following:

1. Regulatory Acceptance: They have read, understood, and accepted these Regulations in their entirety.
2. Personal Responsibility: They assume full personal responsibility for their conduct during and after the event.
3. Medical Fitness: They confirm they are in good physical condition and have submitted a valid medical certificate issued following a medical examination for cycling fitness. They release the organization from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from their participation.
4. Event Nature: They acknowledge that Final Frontier Patagonia is a non-competitive event with no rankings or classifications.
5. Self-Sufficiency: They understand that no medical, food, logistical, or mechanical assistance will be provided by the organizers during the event.
6. Withdrawal Protocol: They understand that there is no recovery service for participants who withdraw, nor any obligation on the part of the organizers to search for participants along the route.
7. Road Responsibility: They understand that the organization is not responsible for monitoring or securing the roads used during the event.
8. Fee Policy: They accept that the participation fee is non-refundable and not transferable under any circumstances.
9. Experience and Terrain Awareness: They declare they have sufficient experience and are aware of the possibility of encountering adverse weather conditions, and that they are capable of navigating and cycling in hilly and mid-mountain terrain under such conditions.
10. Organizational Structure: They understand that Bike Adventure Series operates solely for recreational purposes as a cycling community, and that Austral Trails SPA is the official event organizer.
11. Voluntary Participation and Liability Waiver: They understand that participation in Final Frontier Patagonia is entirely voluntary. As such, Austral Trails SPA and Bike Adventure Series are exempt from any liability related to the event and are released from responsibility for incidents such as accidents, route loss, physical issues, theft, or similar occurrences.
12. Legal Waiver: They waive any legal claims of any kind against Austral Trails SPA and Bike Adventure Series in connection with their participation in Final Frontier Patagonia.
13. Data Consent: They consent to the use of their personal data, including for commercial purposes, in accordance with applicable local data protection regulations.
14. Image Rights Authorization: They grant the organizers full and unrestricted consent to use, within the limits permitted by law and including for commercial purposes, any video or photographic images taken during the event. This includes the right to transfer such images to third parties. This authorization is granted for an indefinite period and without territorial limitations worldwide, for use in publications and media of any kind, including but not limited to promotional and advertising materials across all platforms. The organization may also transfer usage rights under this agreement to third parties and its institutional and commercial partners.

Final Frontier Patagonia (FFP) es una aventura ciclista no competitiva que se desarrolla en caminos públicos de la Patagonia chilena y argentina, reservada exclusivamente para miembros registrados de Bike Adventure Series (en adelante también denominada “evento”, o de forma informal “carrera”, “travesía” o “aventura”).

Art. 1 – Inscripción

Se admite la participación de todas las personas que hayan cumplido 18 años al momento de la inscripción, sin importar su nacionalidad.

• Apertura de inscripciones: 1 de octubre de 2025 a las 12:00 GMT
• Cierre de inscripciones: 30 de noviembre de 2025 a las 12:00 GMT, o al alcanzar el límite de 300 participantes
• Cupo máximo: 300 participantes

Requisitos posteriores a la inscripción (hasta el 31 de enero de 2026):

Los participantes deberán subir los siguientes documentos a la plataforma:

• Póliza de seguro personal (ver Art. 4)
• Copia escaneada del pasaporte o documento oficial con foto
• Foto reciente tipo pasaporte que muestre claramente el rostro
• Acuerdo de participación firmado (proporcionado por la organización)
• Certificado médico reciente (ver Art. 3)
• (Opcional) Enlaces a perfiles en redes sociales

Quienes no completen todos los requisitos antes del plazo indicado no serán reconocidos como inscritos oficialmente en Final Frontier Patagonia. No recibirán materiales ni comunicaciones oficiales del evento, y no se reembolsará la tarifa de inscripción.

Art. 2 – Afiliación

Final Frontier Patagonia es un evento reservado exclusivamente para miembros de Bike Adventure Series. Quienes no sean miembros de dicha comunidad pasarán a serlo automáticamente al inscribirse en el evento. La organización podrá, en cualquier momento y a su entera discreción, decidir si acepta o rechaza una solicitud de inscripción, o excluir a un participante si su presencia pudiera perjudicar la imagen del evento.

Art. 3 – Certificado médico

Todos los participantes deben presentar a la organización un Certificado Médico de Aptitud para Ciclismo Competitivo, emitido por un centro médico deportivo o por un médico certificado.

• El certificado debe ser reciente (no emitido antes del 1 de octubre de 2025)
• Debe subirse al sitio web bikeadventureseries.com en la sección “Mi cuenta”
• Debe indicar claramente la fecha de vencimiento

Si el certificado no cumple con los requisitos, será rechazado y cancelado. El participante deberá subir uno nuevo conforme antes del 31 de enero de 2026. El certificado debe ser específico para ciclismo de resistencia. No se aceptarán certificados emitidos para otras disciplinas como triatlón, atletismo, etc.

Quienes no cumplan con este requisito no serán considerados inscritos oficialmente y no tendrán derecho a reembolso de la tarifa de inscripción. Cada participante debe declarar que los documentos entregados son verídicos y corresponden a los originales en su posesión.

Art 4.- Póliza de Seguro

Todos los participantes deben contar con un seguro personal que cubra gastos médicos, evacuación de emergencia y lesiones accidentales, válido tanto en Chile como en Argentina durante toda la duración del evento.

La póliza también debe incluir cobertura para:

• Repatriación en caso de lesión grave o enfermedad
• Responsabilidad civil frente a terceros
• Interrupción o cancelación del viaje
• Pérdida o daño de equipo personal

La organización podrá solicitar prueba del seguro durante el proceso de inscripción. Es responsabilidad de cada participante asegurarse de que su cobertura sea adecuada y válida para actividades al aire libre de resistencia y que involucren cruce de fronteras.

Art. 5 – Ruta

La ruta comienza en Puerto Montt, Chile y finaliza en Ushuaia, Argentina. Tiene una longitud aproximada de 2.800 km, desarrollándose sobre caminos públicos de ripio y asfalto.

También se establecen puntos alternativos de finalización en:

• Coyhaique, Chile
• El Calafate, Argentina
• Punta Arenas, Chile

La organización proporcionará a todos los participantes un archivo .gpx con el recorrido oficial. Cada participante podrá desviarse del track en cualquier momento por razones de seguridad, condiciones del tráfico, obras viales, prohibiciones u otras situaciones imprevistas. Se espera que retomen el recorrido oficial tan pronto como sea seguro hacerlo.

El uso de rutas alternativas queda a discreción del participante, siempre que las condiciones lo justifiquen. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar la ruta hasta pocos días antes de la partida.

Art. 6 – Inicio del Evento

El evento comenzará el 8 de marzo de 2026 a las 08:00 horas en la ciudad de Puerto Montt, Chile. La ubicación exacta del punto de partida será informada a los participantes al menos un mes antes del inicio.

Todos los participantes deben llegar a Puerto Montt el 7 de marzo para registrarse, recibir el kit del corredor y asistir a las sesiones informativas y de orientación. Los horarios y lugares específicos serán comunicados con antelación por la organización.

Art. 7 – Legislación local

Todos los participantes deben cumplir en todo momento con las leyes de tránsito y regulaciones locales, así como con los requisitos de entrada y salida establecidos por las autoridades de cada país que atraviesen. También son responsables de contar con toda la documentación necesaria y cumplir con los requisitos legales para ingresar tanto a Chile como a Argentina, incluyendo trámites migratorios, normativas sanitarias y cualquier otra legislación local aplicable.

Art. 8 – Finalización

Los participantes disponen de hasta 21 días para completar la ruta completa y obtener el estatus oficial de “finisher” FFP. Para ser reconocidos oficialmente, deben registrar su llegada en el punto designado en la ciudad de Ushuaia.

Quienes finalicen después de la fecha límite perderán el reconocimiento oficial como finalistas. Sin embargo, los participantes también pueden optar por finalizar en cualquiera de los puntos de control intermedios designados: Coyhaique, El Calafate o Punta Arenas.

Art. 9 – Detalles del evento – Recomendaciones

Dado que Final Frontier Patagonia es un evento deportivo de larga duración, resistencia y sin asistencia externa, todos los participantes deben:

• Estar física y mentalmente preparados
• Tener habilidades de conducción en terrenos off-road
• Poseer espíritu de adaptación
• Estar preparados para enfrentar una amplia variedad de climas y condiciones meteorológicas
• Tener buen manejo de dispositivos GPS y conocimientos básicos de orientación
• Contar con experiencia en eventos de ciclismo tipo bikepacking sin asistencia externa (excepto en casos de emergencia)

Art. 10 –  Mandatory equipment

Además de su bicicleta personal, cada participante debe contar con el equipo esencial para garantizar su seguridad y autosuficiencia durante todo el evento.

Equipamiento obligatorio:

• Casco
• Solución de descanso al aire libre (carpa, saco bivy o saco de dormir)
• Manta térmica/emergencia
• Teléfono móvil
• Luces delanteras y traseras
• Chaleco reflectante
• Ropa adecuada para clima frío y lluvioso
• Dispositivo GPS para navegación
• Kit de reparación de neumáticos (cámaras de repuesto, CO₂/bomba, parches)
• Sistema de hidratación apto para tramos de larga distancia
• Herramientas básicas para bicicleta

La organización podrá inspeccionar el equipo obligatorio. El incumplimiento parcial o total de estos requisitos podrá resultar en la descalificación del participante o en la prohibición de iniciar el evento. En ningún caso se reembolsará la tarifa de inscripción.

Art. 11 – Incluido en la tarifa de inscripción

La tarifa de inscripción cubre los elementos esenciales para tu aventura:

• Pasajes en ferry gratuitos para todos los cruces necesarios
• SIM card gratuita con llamadas y datos en Chile y Argentina
• Procesamiento administrativo y registro
• Número de corredor (BIB)
• Gorra oficial del evento
• Pack de stickers FFP
• Pasaporte FFP
• Tracks GPS detallados con perfiles de elevación
• Mapas con puntos clave a lo largo de la ruta
• Guía logística FFP con información clave
• Acceso a webinars informativos previos al evento
• Sesión de orientación y seguridad
• Dispositivo de rastreo satelital GPS
• Mapa en vivo para que amigos y familiares sigan tu travesía
• Membresía Bike Adventure Series
• Descuentos de nuestros socios

Art. 12 – Sistema de seguimiento

La organización proporcionará a cada participante un dispositivo GPS satelital sin costo adicional para monitorear su ubicación durante todo el evento.

Durante la travesía, Final Frontier Patagonia publicará una plataforma de seguimiento en tiempo real en su sitio web, permitiendo que familiares, amigos y seguidores puedan visualizar la ubicación exacta de cada participante.

Cada participante es responsable de utilizar correctamente el dispositivo y de mantenerlo operativo en todo momento, incluyendo mantenerlo cargado durante el recorrido.

Se solicitará un depósito reembolsable de €200 como garantía por el equipo. Este depósito será devuelto una vez que el dispositivo sea entregado en buen estado de funcionamiento a la organización.

Los procedimientos de entrega y devolución, incluyendo los puntos designados para la entrega del dispositivo, estarán detallados en la Guía de Ruta FFP. El incumplimiento de las instrucciones de devolución podrá resultar en la retención del depósito para cubrir el costo de reposición.

Art. 13 – Validez de la inscripción

La inscripción será considerada válida únicamente tras completar el proceso electrónico de registro, incluyendo el pago exitoso de la tarifa de participación y la carga del certificado médico y la póliza de seguro en la sección “Mi cuenta” del sitio web antes del 31 de enero de 2026.

La organización se reserva el derecho, en cualquier momento y a su entera discreción, de aceptar o rechazar cualquier inscripción sin obligación de justificar su decisión.

Art. 14 – Sustituciones, retiro de participación e intransferibilidad 

Una vez inscritos, los participantes no podrán solicitar sustituciones bajo ninguna circunstancia. Las inscripciones son estrictamente personales y no podrán ser transferidas a otra persona en ningún caso. Si un participante inscrito no toma parte en el evento, la tarifa de inscripción no será reembolsada y el kit del corredor no será enviado.

Art. 15 – Política de cancelación

En caso de desastres naturales, disturbios sociales o políticos, guerra, pandemias u otras situaciones de fuerza mayor, Final Frontier Patagonia (FFP) podrá reprogramar el evento hasta por un plazo máximo de 13 meses desde la fecha original.

• En tales casos, no se reembolsará la tarifa de inscripción.
• Si FFP cancela el evento de forma definitiva o lo reprograma más allá de ese plazo de 13 meses, se reembolsará el 100% de la tarifa de inscripción, sin necesidad de presentar una solicitud formal.
• Si el evento se reprograma dentro del plazo de 13 meses, los participantes podrán optar por:
  • Mantener su inscripción y participar en la nueva fecha, o
  • Solicitar el reembolso total de su tarifa de inscripción.

Art. 16 – Modificaciones al reglamento

Ante nuevas circunstancias ambientales, sanitarias o cambios en el marco regulatorio, la organización se reserva el derecho de realizar modificaciones razonables al reglamento en cualquier momento.

El sitio web oficial del evento, donde se publican estos reglamentos, será la única fuente válida de información. Por lo tanto, cualquier contenido diferente previamente comunicado por boletines, medios de comunicación o redes sociales no será considerado válido ni vinculante.

Art. 17 – Derechos de autor

Todos los materiales proporcionados por la organización a los participantes están destinados exclusivamente al uso personal durante el evento. Esto incluye, entre otros, el track GPS y la Guía de Ruta FFP. Dichos materiales son propiedad intelectual exclusiva de Final Frontier Patagonia y no pueden ser compartidos, distribuidos ni publicados sin autorización escrita previa.

Al participar en el evento, todos los corredores aceptan respetar y proteger los derechos de autor y propiedad intelectual de los contenidos de FFP. El uso no autorizado, reproducción o difusión de estos materiales podrá derivar en acciones legales.

Ten en cuenta que los archivos distribuidos pueden incluir marcas digitales y otras medidas de trazabilidad para garantizar el cumplimiento y proteger la integridad de los contenidos de FFP.

Art. 18 – Tratamiento de datos personales y registro

De acuerdo con las leyes de protección de datos aplicables, incluyendo la Ley Chilena N.º 19.628 sobre Protección de la Vida Privada y el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la Unión Europea (Reglamento UE 2016/679 – GDPR), la organización informa a los participantes que:

• Los datos personales recopilados durante el proceso de inscripción y a lo largo del evento serán tratados exclusivamente para fines relacionados con la organización, gestión y promoción de Final Frontier Patagonia.
• Los datos podrán utilizarse para comunicar actualizaciones logísticas, información de seguridad y contenido promocional relacionado con esta o futuras ediciones del evento.
• Los participantes autorizan expresamente la recopilación, almacenamiento y tratamiento de sus datos personales por parte de Austral Trails SPA y sus socios autorizados, incluso con fines comerciales, dentro de los límites permitidos por la ley.
• Los participantes podrán ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, eliminación u oposición al tratamiento de sus datos contactando a la organización a través de los canales oficiales indicados en el sitio web del evento.
• La organización se compromete a adoptar medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas para garantizar la seguridad y confidencialidad de los datos personales.
• Al inscribirse, los participantes reconocen y aceptan los términos de esta política de tratamiento de datos.

Art. 20 – Aprobación, Consentimiento y Autorización

Al inscribirse para participar en Final Frontier Patagonia, cada participante declara y acepta lo siguiente:

Autorización de Uso de Imagen: Otorga a la organización consentimiento pleno y sin restricciones para utilizar, dentro de los límites permitidos por la ley y también con fines comerciales, cualquier imagen fotográfica o audiovisual tomada durante el evento. Esto incluye el derecho a transferir dichas imágenes a terceros. Esta autorización se concede por tiempo indefinido y sin limitaciones territoriales, para su uso en publicaciones y medios de cualquier tipo, incluyendo pero no limitado a materiales promocionales y publicitarios en todas las plataformas. La organización también podrá transferir los derechos de uso contemplados en este acuerdo a terceros y a sus socios institucionales y comerciales.

Aceptación del Reglamento: Ha leído, comprendido y aceptado íntegramente este reglamento.

Responsabilidad Personal: Asume plena responsabilidad por su conducta durante y después del evento.

Aptitud Médica: Confirma estar en buen estado físico y haber presentado un certificado médico válido emitido tras una evaluación médica específica para ciclismo de resistencia. Libera a la organización de toda responsabilidad por lesiones o daños derivados de su participación.

Naturaleza del Evento: Reconoce que Final Frontier Patagonia es un evento no competitivo, sin clasificaciones ni rankings.

Autosuficiencia: Entiende que no se proporcionará asistencia médica, alimentaria, logística ni mecánica por parte de la organización durante el evento.

Protocolo de Retiro: Acepta que no existe servicio de recuperación para participantes que se retiren, ni obligación de la organización de buscarlos en ruta.

Responsabilidad Vial: Reconoce que la organización no es responsable de vigilar ni asegurar las rutas utilizadas durante el evento.

Política de Tarifas: Acepta que la tarifa de inscripción no es reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Experiencia y Conocimiento del Terreno: Declara tener experiencia suficiente y estar consciente de la posibilidad de enfrentar condiciones climáticas adversas, y que es capaz de navegar y pedalear en terrenos montañosos y colinas bajo dichas condiciones.

Estructura Organizativa: Entiende que Bike Adventure Series opera exclusivamente con fines recreativos como comunidad ciclista, y que Austral Trails SPA es la entidad organizadora oficial del evento.

Participación Voluntaria y Exención de Responsabilidad: Reconoce que su participación en Final Frontier Patagonia es completamente voluntaria. Por lo tanto, exonera a Austral Trails SPA y Bike Adventure Series de cualquier responsabilidad relacionada con el evento, incluyendo accidentes, pérdida de ruta, problemas físicos, robos u otros incidentes similares.

Renuncia Legal: Renuncia a cualquier acción legal de cualquier tipo contra Austral Trails SPA y Bike Adventure Series en relación con su participación en Final Frontier Patagonia.

Consentimiento de Datos: Autoriza el uso de sus datos personales, incluso con fines comerciales, conforme a las normativas locales de protección de datos aplicables.
